anti-union harassment
In October 2010, while developing the general strike called by the PIT-CNT workers CRISTALPET factory, located in northern Aleppo, along with other workers in the area carried out a concentration on the street Servando Gomez. This activity is reported as workers different companies (including CRISTALPET), that did not go to work.
On this occasion, a scab, in accordance with company commanders Cristalpet, har a provocation against trade unionists.
Following this, the employer (the notorious anti-union in its history) har persecution against two delegates, one of them is no longer in business, the other is Gustavo Rivero, who at nearly 6 months reported the fact, not come to work Cristalpet.
Comrade Rivero, 3 months was suspended and then sent to abril.La unemployment insurance company has already announced that Gustavo Rivero into work at plant.
denounce Cristalpet by repressive, to realize this dismissal would be the third CEO the company would eliminate.

call to participate in this committee for the reinstatement of G. Rivero, Thursdays at 20 pm in Casa de la Mujer Maria Abella (Paso Carrasco).
